The Northern High School Poms competed for the State Title at Ritchie Coliseum at the University of Maryland on Saturday. In order to compete they had to have placed at another competition prior.

In the Short Pom division the team took  third  place  overall. Senior Captain Gabby Henwood competed against every girl and won the title of “Best Spinner.” In the Captain Award competition, Henwood came in second place

In the High Kick Competition, the team came in in second place overall.  The Captain Award was won by Northern senior Christine Rice.
