Lady Gaga released her newest, highly-anticipated single, “Born This Way,” a week ago. The track has a nice pop beat, and when paired with the Gaga-style lyrics, a masterpiece is the result. The single was number #1 in over 23 countries on the day of it’s release.

At the 53rd Annual Grammy Awards, Lady Gaga performed “Born This Way” after “hatching” from the egg-like cocoon in which she entered the ceremony. As usual, Gaga stunned the audience in a dance segment. Shew later won the Best Pop Vocal Album award for “The Fame Monster”. Her next full-length album will be released May 23. The new single is a great way to start off the new album, and overall another great hit from Lady Gaga.
