Go Green for Spring

With the arrival of Spring, a healthier planet is on everyone’s minds. This year, make a plan to be more environmentally friendly. Here are three easy tips:gogreen

1) Recycle recycle recycle! Many things can be recycled, from obvious items like bottles and paper, to reusing leftovers in a new meal later on. Anything you do to reduce waste and reuse items can make a difference.

2) Walk or bike, don’t drive! With Spring weather finally arriving, anytime you choose to walk or travel by any means that doesn’t emit pollution, you are helping the environment. Not only is this good for the Earth, it’s also good for you to get some exercise.

3) Use the computer! From shopping to paying bills, you can do a lot of work online. This reduces waste emitted from cars if you were to drive places like the mall, and lessens the waste of paper used for forms that could be filled out online.

By following this simple advice, you can help make 2010 a more eco friendly year!
