The new show White Collar runs Fridays at 10 p.m. on USA (with many replays) can generally be described as Monk meets Psych. The writers find new and unique ways to express wit and charm while also developing a dimension of seriousness by using tone and creating a style for each character.

The show is very exciting. It involves a notorious but brilliant criminal who is hired by the FBI to help solve some very difficult cases. White Collar has its own roguish style that has captivated viewers since its premiere in October. The show stars Matt Bomer [Traveler, Chuck], Tim DeKay [Get Smart, Numb3rs] and Tiffani Thiessen [Beverly Hills 90210, Pandemic]. Grade: A
